Many of us have suffered the disappointment of not getting the results we want. The Power of Purpose is a 5 session class to help you get the results you really want by gaining insight into your actions and strengthening your sense of purpose. The core of this course is to discover the essential difference between doing things because you think you should, and going for the results that really matter to you. As you uncover your true inner motivations, you also discover the profound difference between proving yourself, struggling to avoid failure, and acting creatively to bring about a result. This course will help you harness the power of your innermost intentions and align these with your everyday goals, so you become not only more effective but also more fulfilled by the way you live. This course will help you develop life goals that really matter to you. And you’ll be able to use its techniques to support everything you do in your life in the future, from meeting your business targets to creating the personal relationships you really want in your life.
The course happens over five 3-hour sessions (6/19. 6/26, 7/10, 7/17 and 7/24), and you will receive a notebook and audio materials to help you deepen your practice between each session, as well as after the course is over. Taught by Marcia Walker and Wendy Smith

This series of Svaroopa yoga classes is designed to introduce a step-by-step practice of the fundamentals of Svaroopa Yoga. The classes will cover the power of Ujjayi Pranayama (Svaroopa yoga’s primary breathing technique) as well as the most important poses in the Svaroopa Yoga practice, the Primary Spinal Openers; deep internal opening that releases the layers of muscle wrapped around the spine, rather than peripheral stretching of other joints, like hips, legs and shoulders.
Upon completion of this course, you will better appreciate the importance of support from blankets and blocks and will be able to apply the practice of Svaroopa Yoga to deepen your daily yoga and meditation. No previous experience with yoga is required.

YOGA FOR THE FACE? YES! Yamuna Face Massage (YFM) offers both cosmetic and health benefits. Just like the rest of the body, the face is subject to repetitive stress, in the form of habit patterns. The way we furrow the brow, contract the eyes together when you’re upset or thinking hard, how you chew or clench the jaw. Maybe you smile just from one side of the mouth, or twist neck forward a little too much doing desk work. Toning and stretching properly will remedy the crow’s feet, balance the left/right strain that ages the face, and bring elasticity back when droop begins.
YFM is more refreshing than a nap, and your results will accumulate once you start your regular practice. Since we don’t easily drop old patterns such as a grimace, we repeatedly erase, and then we can let go of an old tension habit. Tension is really what ages us. Like fluffing up a pillow, we soften the countenance to let the inner beauty radiate through.
YFM relieves chronic pain. Chronic sinus congestion, TMJ (temporal-mandibular joint misalignment), headaches, eye problems, even tinnitus can be remedied through this method. Feeling good looks great, too!
$100, which includes the two-ball set for your use at home.
