Sarah Fields is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, registered yoga teacher, and holistic health coach with a passion for helping people feel more connected, confident, and capable in their bodies. Since earning her Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2016, she has worked with people across the lifespan in a variety of rehabilitation settings. Her background in physical therapy brings a strong understanding of anatomy, movement science, and the many factors that influence how we move and feel.

Sarah has been teaching yoga since 2011 and has led group classes, private sessions, workshops, and specialized series. Her teaching blends yoga, mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation with an emphasis on mobility, strength, balance, body awareness, and lifelong resilience. She has also served as a guest teacher in Glowing Body’s yoga teacher training program, sharing her knowledge of anatomy, movement, and pain science.

Sarah’s wellness background also includes training in massage therapy through the Asheville School of Massage and Yoga and certification as a Holistic Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Earlier in her career, she worked at Glowing Body as a massage therapist, yoga teacher, and health coach, making her return to the studio a natural continuation of her work in integrative wellness.

Today, Sarah brings these experiences together through private yoga, wellness sessions, and wellness consultations. Her approach is personalized, supportive, and grounded in helping each person better understand their body, explore movement that feels good, and build sustainable practices that support overall health and well-being.
