Amalia Brusati di Settala of Ama Mi Kitchen will teach participants to make a semolina pasta, Orecchiette, typical to the region of Puglia, Italy – the location of our upcoming, 3rd annual retreat led by Amalia and Kim Lomonaco.

The evening will begin with hands-on instruction and practice making pasta, presentation on the region of Puglia, then transition to a family-style meal featuring homemade sourdough focaccia, fava bean puree, Orecchiette with tomato sauce and ricotta salata. The evening will be topped off with a decadent dessert! Please bring your own beverage of choice.

$120 per person.
