Deep Relief Massage

This service is intended to address deeply held tension or restriction through focused techniques. Sessions will be designed according to client needs, and will occur on a massage table. Clients will undress to their level of comfort and application of oils, hot towels, hot stones or other modalities will be used, as needed. The therapist will draw from multiple techniques including kneading, focused deep pressure, myofascial release and stretching, trigger point therapy, therapeutic application of heat or cold, or other integrated methods. This session is ideal for clients who are acclimated to intense sensation, with the outcome of tension relief and restoration of movement. The therapist will always adjust according to your feedback during the session, but post-massage soreness may occur.
